The front desk staff was very cute. They checked me in early. My room had blackout curtains, made for restful sleep. The bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the room service. The food arrived quickly and was hot.
I noticed a small stain on the bathroom mirror, but it was easily overlooked.

The lunch service was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the wide variety of options available on the menu. The portions were quite generous, i found the fish and chips recommendable. The staff was attentive and helpful throughout my visit.

i was pleased with an early check-in when i asked about storing our bags upon arrival. the lady behind the desk was helpful. the room was lovely and lunch was delicious. i enjoyed the convenience and the kind service received throughout my stay.
i noticed the hotel showing its age. i booked a beautiful double room and observed some marks and cracks throughout the room. also, the level of noise from other rooms was high.

The room was quite spacious. The friendly staff helped a lot. breakfast offered a good variety too. parking was easy with plenty of spots available.
the hotel showed signs of age, such as visible stains on the carpet. i noticed the shower pressure was inconsistent. soundproofing between rooms was not great, and i could hear noise from other guests.

i booked two connecting rooms and it was a huge plus for our trip because we could all be together but still have enough space! i arrived on saturday and alicia at the reception desk was super helpful. my room wasn't quite ready, so she promised to call me as soon as it was ready!!!
the room was a little cold. the balcony door wasn't closing correctly, and i felt a strong draft all night!!!

The staff was super friendly. our room was beautiful! the food stood out, especially with attentive service from sean o'l. every dish was excellent and presented well, i felt really appreciated.
The hotel is not in the city center, which might be a problem for some. however. The convenient parking and spacious lot made it easy for me, though i would have liked to be closer to town.
